Karen E. Gossman concentrates her practice on the representation of corporate and individual clients in commercial litigation, product liability and securities disputes.
Karen has successfully litigated cases involving many areas of law, including securities litigation and arbitration, fraud and consumer fraud, product liability, intellectual property, employment law and other business litigation. She has also defended several corporations in class action litigation. Karen has extensive experience handling these matters at all stages of the litigation process, and has tried matters in state and federal court as well as before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. In addition to providing litigation strategy and support, Karen provides business counsel to her clients, designing and implementing business strategies to prevent future lawsuits.
