Robert J. Lawrence joined Lawrence Kamin in 1969, became a partner in 1975 and has been of counsel to the firm since 1999.
Mr. Lawrence devotes most of his time to real estate transactions, corporate and business matters, acquisitions and divestitures, estate planning, employee benefit plans and federal income, estate and gift taxation. He has extensive experience in the purchase, sale, leasing, management and improvement of industrial real estate properties. In addition, he has been continuously involved in the acquisition and sale of industrial machinery and equipment by industrial machinery auctioneers, dealers, manufacturers and appraisers represented by the firm.
