Since joining Lawrence Kamin in 1991, David L. Reich has represented countless clients in transactional matters, including commercial and industrial real estate transactions, commercial, office, retail and industrial leasing, and real estate lending on behalf of lenders and borrowers. David is also a specialist in estate and gift-tax planning and estate and trust administration, business succession planning and general corporate and business transactions and contracts.
David is an active board member for several charitable organizations and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, running, playing golf and skiing.
